Simon Belak (born 1984) is a philosopher, hacker and an up and coming theatre director. He sees theatre as philosophy by other means, means that allow him to “think” beyond language. His theatre-philosophical project “New Sensuality” is an attempt at reclaiming the evocative and life-affirming power of theatre, both as an aesthetic practice as well as a critical impetus. He is a founding member of the G-FART theatre collective and in 2013 took part in the group’s residency at Glej Theatre.
